Vessel Management and Safety Compliance

Ensures all SSC vessels are maintained in seaworthy condition and operate in compliance with national and international maritime regulations.
Includes: vessel maintenance, drydocking, inspections, certification, and adherence to conventions such as SOLAS, ISM, MARPOL, and MLC 2006.

Maritime Operations and Crew Management

Oversees the safe and efficient operation of domestic and international shipping services, including crew recruitment, training, certification, and performance management in accordance with STCW standards.

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Coordination

Implements safety management systems and coordinates audits, surveys, and reporting with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Works, Transport & Infrastructure and international classification societies (e.g., Lloyd’s Register).
Includes: continuous improvement of safety procedures, documentation, and compliance monitoring.
